How To Register

APPLICATION

NEW Student Application Steps for NEW Families and CURRENT Families:

  1. NEW Families will create and complete an online application for your child(ren) (Click on NEW Families button below).:

      • NEW Families create a parent account and follow the directions to the Application.
      • You'll be asked for the District or School Code, which is SH-TX
      • You'll need the child's birth certificate, social security number, and list of previous schools.
      • Complete the Application and submit the New Student Application Fee of $25 online.
      • After receiving notice that you have completed the Application for your student, the Principal will contact you to set up an interview and tour.
      • After a successful meeting, the Principal will then move your Application to the Enrollment forms and you will get a notification that you may complete the registration by completing the Enrollment forms online and pay fees. 

     

  2. Current Families registering a NEW STUDENT should login to their FACTS Family Portal Account, click on Apply/Enroll on the left menu, then click Application (New Student) (Click on Current Families button below).: 
    • You'll need the child's birth certificate, social security number, and list of previous schools.
    • Complete the Application and submit the New Student Application Fee of $25 online.
    • After a successful meeting, the Principal will then move your Application to the Enrollment forms and you will get a notification that you may complete the registration by completing the Enrollment forms online and pay fees.

ENROLLMENT

 

Accepted NEW students and RETURNING students

 

An Online Enrollment Packet should be completed by logging into the FACTS Family Portal. 

 

  • For NEW families accepted, you will need to click on "Create New Family Portal Account". Enter in School Code,SH-TX, and your email address. An email will be sent to you within approximately 15 minutes. Then you will be able to sign in with your new account and proceed.

 

  • For CURRENT families, once logged into FACTS Family Portal you will click on Apply/Enroll on the left menu, then click Enrollment/Reenrollment, proceed to Start Enrollment Packet.

 

Answer all questions, download required documents, provide online signature, and submit. If enrolling a current student, parents check previous answers and update where needed, provide online signature, and then submit. Parents will include the download of the following documents for each new child and any changes to current student records:

 

  • Up-to-Date Immunization Record

  • Social Security Card (NEW STUDENTS)

  • Baptismal Certificate (NEW STUDENTS), if Catholic

  • Copy of Parent's Driver's License

  • Medication Authorization Form, if applicable

  • Asthma Action Plan, if applicable

  • Allergy Action Plan, if applicable

 

Once you've completed and submitted your Enrollment packet, pay your Registration Fees to the school office as soon as possible but no later than 6/1/23 for the upcoming school year.

 

Pay first month's tuition by 8/1/23 for the upcoming school year.

* NEW STUDENTS who are very young are on a six-week probationary period. All students must be able to perform his/her restroom habits without assistance.  Should a student be incapable of this or compliance with the rules of the classroom, that student may be asked to withdraw.

 

* RETURNING STUDENTS must be current in amounts owed before registering for the new year.

 

*Registration fees are not refundable after the student has attended class.
