Meet Mrs. Cole
Hello,
My name is Danielle D. Cole! I am blessed to be a parent and a teacher at Sacred Heart School. I am from South Texas and have spent a few years living on the East Coast. I am so happy to be settled in Rockport, Texas. Motherhood led me to Montessori education. It began in our home as it was very complimentary to my family lifestyle. As my daughter turned four, my husband and I decided it was time for her to start school, I immediately toured SHS for her to attend. Through this tour, I became interested in becoming a Montessori teacher. Since starting my Montessori journey in June 2022, I have learned so much and look forward to continue learning and exploring Montessori work.
Sacred Heart School provides an excellent base for students not only in academics, but most importantly an excellent foundation for their faith in God. Montessori education provides excellent fundamentals for a child. It provides lessons in independence, community and a tangible approach with the curriculum. I encourage you to consider SHS and am happy to talk to you about any questions or interest in our Montessori class.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Studies education from Texas A&M University of Corpus Christi
- Currently pursuing AMS certification through Houston Montessori Center
I have 17 years of experience caregiving, mentoring and working with children in the public and private sector. I have always enjoyed these experiences. For me, working with children is satisfying and timeless. Their curiosities and development are always changing, it is constantly interesting!
