SHS celebrates the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi by holding a ceremony where Fr. Ray or the Deacon blesses all of our pets. Parishioners and school families may bring their pets to school for this special blessing. All animals must be kept under control by their owners in their arms, on a leash, or in a pet carrier. Pets must be taken home immediately after the ceremony. Students enjoy this day and remember St. Francis of Assisi loved all creatures of God.
